Noble Ruler's Welcome
Hello everyone and welcome to Kappa Chapter’s website!
I am fortunate to be Noble Ruler and am looking forward to the opportunity to serve my fellow brothers. If you are new to Alpha Gamma Rho, I hope this website interests you enough to contact us and grow a relationship in the future. For all of our great alumni scattered throughout the state and U.S., we hope this site gives you insight into the current day-to-day operations of your beloved college home.
As you can see by looking through our great website, which received a gold award at the last National Convention, Kappa Chapter is focused on achieving excellence. We have had some of the best academic achievement in the history of our house since I joined in 2008. Our Recruitment Chairs have been driven to find quality young men that fulfill AGR’s promises and values. The brothers have also been working extremely hard to gain leadership positions in all areas on campus, which has been well received by faculty on East Campus. Additionally, we are dedicated to giving back to the community through our philanthropic events, which are held throughout the school year.
Finally, when all the hard work is done, we find quality time to let loose and hang out with our brothers. We have a great brotherhood program that allows the entire house to come together for various events, such as Ice Off or bowling.
Being involved in Alpha Gamma Rho is something I take tremendous pride in. When I look back on how much I have grown and matured since coming to college three short years ago, I know it would not be possible if I hadn’t become a member of Kappa Chapter. When I was in high school, I thought I was a respectable young man, but I have grown and developed into a fine gentleman ready to take on the world after graduation. It is a great feeling to know that I live with the future leaders across all fields of agriculture, and throughout the state. My brothers in AGR give me confidence agriculture and small town living is in good hands because of the leaders we are producing.
